As part of our pre press proofing capabilities, we can make Canon Copier proofs. The Canon Color Copier produces quick-turnaround color output either off-the-glass, or from your file, for quantities from one to a few hundred. Duplexing is available as well as cover-weight paper stocks. It is possible to bleed tabloid-size files (There is an extra charge for trimming). Multiple copies of the same document are billed at a reduced rate, depending on the quantity.
Canon color output is not generally accepted as contract proofs for publishing, however, it will produce beautiful mock-ups and dummies. We have the ability to impose your files into a booklet easily, producing an imposed, stitched, and trimmed booklet dummy.
The Canon also excels at producing short-run labels. Either supply us with your custom label stock and ganged file or Spire Express can gang the file for you and print to custom die-cut label stock.
Canons make perfect "content" proofs for ad fulfillment. They show approximate color and can be supplied to a publication in addition to a SWOP proof that is supplied "for color" when last minute changes must be made.
